Strategic Revenue Growth: Own the business development strategy for the territory, targeting high-value clients and focusing on the sales of fee for service solutions but also closing complex, multi-service deals. Manage a number of the more significant accounts in the territory and identify opportunities for future growth.

Field Engagement: Spend 40-50% of your time with clients, leading presentations, negotiations, and establishing yourself as the primary point of contact for Evotec in the territory.

Entrepreneurial, strategic thinker, capable of operating in a consultative and highly competitive sales environment. Knowledge of the Nordic Territory is essential.
