Fixed Term Contract Role Type: 6 months, Fixed Term Contract
Working Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri)

Key Responsibilities
- Scientific
- Prepare, monitor and maintain compounds, stock solutions, buffers, and other assay‑related materials
- Validate, maintain and operate laboratory equipment to support assay execution and sample analysis
- Support the execution of assigned routine and bespoke assays
- Assist in data analysis and interpretation
- Ensure all laboratory equipment and work areas are clean and in proper working order upon task completion
- Report errors and erroneous results to supervisor with minimal delay
- Ensure accurate and complete documentation of all activities as required by SOPs and quality policies
- People
- Assist on the supervision and mentoring of trainees and support staff when required
- Treat all colleagues with dignity and respect

- Participate in initiatives to improve group processes and make efficiency gains in assays
- Perform work to an exceptionally high standard within specified time frames, ensuring safety regulations and QC procedures are strictly adhered to

- Follow appropriate health and safety procedures at all times in the workplace
- Participate in all mandatory training required for the role
- Maintain up‑to‑date personal training record and discuss any gaps with supervisor
- Complete timesheets on time and in accordance with finance guidance
- Actively participate in Evotalks and agree on personal targets and expectations with supervisor
- Perform other tasks reasonably requested by supervisor
