Key Responsibilities
- Global Inquiry & Communication Leadership
- Drive customer engagement by overseeing and optimizing worldwide inquiry routing for timely, accurate, and meaningful responses.
- Establish and enforce global communication protocols that ensure consistency, efficiency, and proactive engagement.
- Lead qualification and monitoring processes, ensuring strategic alignment and continuous improvement.
- Define and track KPIs to measure impact, optimize performance, and fuel business growth.
- Own global commerce inquiry management and ensure seamless integration with organizational processes.
- Partner with marketing and commercial teams to design and execute digital engagement strategies that convert interest into action.
- Support global campaigns through centralized list generation, outreach tools, and analytics.
