With six companies within the group and a combined annual turnover exceeding £40m, they are looking for a talented Senior Finance/Business Manager to contribute to their continued success.
With a fantastic reputation in the market for over 30 years, they are a dynamic and growing organisation committed to excellence in design, engineering and manufacturing. With ambitious growth plans, you will play a key role in providing financial insights to support strategic decision making. You will lead and support the production of detailed business plans, conducting detailed financial due diligence for acquisitions, mergers, and buyouts, identifying risks and opportunities. This is key within this role as the founder is about to acquire a new business to add to the portfolio.

Requirements Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in management accounting, ideally in engineering or manufacturing
- Proven track record of participating in audits, including preparation and management of audit processes.
- Extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions, and buyouts, including due diligence and integration.
- Excellent knowledge of financial systems, ERP software, and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience managing financial growth in businesses transitioning from SME to mid-sized operations.
- Strategic thinker with exceptional leadership qualities and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
