Focusing exclusively on providing executive support within PE and alternative investments, you will head up a team of collaborative and motivated recruiters, coaching, mentoring and developing them to grow their careers. Valued for your leadership experience and proven track record in successfully developing recruiters to drive improved performance, you will initially focus on delivering to clients in Frankfurt, Munich and Paris, with the intention to grow the respective businesses before moving towards other opportunities within Europe.
