London, United Kingdom | Posted on 07/11/2023 We are representing a rapidly expanding and ever-evolving global executive search firm, which has three arms to the business, providing executive talent to the FS/Quants, FinTech, and Commodities markets. With year-on-year growth, demand for their services has been increasing, and they have recently won a number of global, retained search programmes. Due to these sizable new business wins alongside their current business, they are looking for a manager to head up their already successful business. There will be no need to build out, as it is live with plenty to run with; they just need someone trustworthy who wants to lead. Our client is looking for someone who has a passion for FinTech recruitment, alongside the desire to offer the highest level of service. You will have a track record of headhunting, mapping, and securing quality candidates for clients, delivering mid to senior leadership appointments. You will have the autonomy to build out your team the way you see fit, with the financial and client backing behind you.
