Search Consultantsand Directors to be based in the London office who are proven fee earners.
Ideally they will also possess specialistsector expertise in either mainstream industry, transport, manufacturing, energy or utilities, and be recruiting in the range of £80,000 - £180,000 acrossall functions.
- KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Source and win appropriate search assignments indesignated sectors from their own client contacts and by developing the current Veredus client base.
- Arrange and attend client and prospect meetings and developand build deep relationships with allocated clients and target candidates.
- Take responsibility for managing research, interviewing and delivering assignments won.
- Seek opportunities to win business in other sectorsand refer to other consultants who are the relevant sector specialists.
- Attend Veredus (and Capita) events and regularlyattend other networking events and seek new client and prospect contacts.
- Take responsibility for hosting events indesignated sectors;
- Continually develop knowledge and expertise indesignated sectors;

Requirements
