EVORA Global is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Consultant to join our Sustainable Real Estate & Infrastructure Advisory team. We are looking for a professional ready to apply their expertise to complex challenges and manage key project components. This role is crucial for driving high-impact projects that advance sustainability across the real estate and infrastructure sectors.
About the Role
As a Consultant, you will be a key individual contributor applying your skills to client project delivery. You will be responsible for managing smaller project components, building effective project-level stakeholder relationships, and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality outputs. This role is ideal for a proactive and organized professional who is ready to take ownership and actively seek opportunities for continuous improvement and growth.
Core Project Focus and Deliverables
You will apply your skills directly to core deliverables across our client base, including:
- ESG Strategy: Supporting the development and implementation of client-specific ESG strategies and action plans.
- Reporting Frameworks: Leading project workstreams for key annual reporting cycles, including GRESB submissions, and reporting standards such as CSRD, INREV and EPRA.
- Trusted Advisor: Supporting clients in the development of sustainable asset and portfolio management strategies, including identifying risks and opportunities to protect long-term asset value.
- Client Reporting: Managing regular outputs such as quarterly reporting and preparing accurate, timely responses to investor queries on ESG performance and impact.
Subject Matter Expertise
- Real Estate & Infrastructure: Articulate the relevance of sustainability to real estate asset performance and value; understand key market dynamics, investment cycles, and stay informed on industry trends and regulations. Understand the basics of various infrastructure asset types and identify sustainability-specific challenges and opportunities.
