What You'll Do:
- Generate leads and convert them to revenue
- Maintain a focus on incremental sales of EvonSys services to prospective clients
- Qualify leads from outbound efforts and marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Design, develop, and execute a strategic territory plan
- Respond to commercial and public sector RFx opportunities
- Establish relationships with varying levels of buyers/stakeholders within prospective accounts
- Establish credibility by understanding business needs
- Refine and continuously improve prospecting and sales techniques
- Capture and Report sales KPIs and other performance metrics
- Develop a winning sales team that includes recruiting, hiring, and training when it's time to scale
- Successfully manage client and/or project escalations
- Initially operate as an individual contributor role that based on performance will be move to a leadership role.
Desired Candidate Profile should have:
- ~7+ years of B2B sales experience
- ~ Past experience selling BPM and/or Low-Code solutions such as Pega is mandatory
- ~ Bachelor's degree from an accredited University is strongly preferred
- ~ Comfortable working full sales lifecycle
- ~ Experience selling IT, Consulting, and/or Project Delivery services
- ~ Public sector knowledge
- ~ Strong desire to lead their own sales organization
- ~ Can prospect effectively to find opportunity using multiple channels (ex., phone, social media, etc.)
- ~ Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- ~ Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- ~ Self-Starter, high energy and positive attitude
- ~ Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- ~ Be entrepreneurial and results driven
