Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a focus on incremental sales of EvonSys’ services to prospective clients
  • Qualify leads from outbound efforts and marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Respond to commercial and public sector RFx opportunities
  • Establish relationships with varying levels of buyers/stakeholders within prospective accounts
  • Refine and continuously improve prospecting and sales techniques
  • Capture and report sales KPIs and other performance metrics
  • Develop a winning sales team that includes recruiting, hiring, and training when it’s time to scale
  • Successfully manage client and/or project escalations

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited University is strongly preferred
  • Comfortable working full sales lifecycle
  • Experience selling IT, Consulting, and/or Project Delivery services
  • Experience selling BPM and/or Low-Code solutions (PEGA Solution Sales)
  • Strong desire to lead their own sales organization
