What You’ll Do

  • Generate leads and convert them to revenue
  • Maintain a focus on incremental sales of EvonSys’ services to prospective clients
  • Qualify leads from outbound efforts and marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Design, develop, and execute a strategic territory plan
  • Respond to commercial and public sector RFx opportunities
  • Establish relationships with varying levels of buyers/stakeholders within prospective accounts
  • Establish credibility by understanding business needs
  • Refine and continuously improve prospecting and sales techniques
  • Capture and report sales KPIs and other performance metrics
  • Develop a winning sales team that includes recruiting, hiring, and training when it’s time to scale
  • Successfully manage client and/or project escalations

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited University is strongly preferred
  • Comfortable working full sales lifecycle
  • Experience selling IT, Consulting, and/or Project Delivery services
  • Experience selling BPM and/or Low-Code solutions (PEGA Solution Sales)
  • Public sector knowledge
  • Strong desire to lead their own sales organization
  • Can prospect effectively to find opportunity using multiple channels
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Self‑Starter, high energy and positive attitude
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Be entrepreneurial and results driven
