Na semana passada, tive o prazer de apresentar nosso trabalho sobre otimização de métodos LC impulsionados por IA durante os Dias de Produtividade e Automação de Laboratório organizados pela Agilent Technologies. Agradeço a Bettina Schuhn e equipe por organizar um evento tão excelente! Foi ótimo encontrar pessoas muito brilhantes e reencontrar alguns velhos amigos!

Comecei a trabalhar na otimização de métodos LC impulsionados por IA durante meu doutorado, e tive a sorte de continuar esse trabalho na Evonik através de um projeto conjunto com a Agilent—trabalhando em equipe com os brilhantes Johannes P. Dürholt, Christian Haas e Sebastian Detlefsen. A colaboração tem sido e continua a ser uma grande experiência.

É muito gratificante ver nosso plug-in otimizador de gradiente funcionando no OpenLab e entregando valor em vários laboratórios na Evonik.

Nos últimos meses, tive a oportunidade de participar do congresso Next Gen Scientists no Tecnológico de Monterrey, representando o campus CCM. Juntamente com minha equipe, apresentamos nosso projeto de pesquisa sobre biofilmes em dispositivos médicos, desenvolvido em colaboração com nosso parceiro Evonik. Essa experiência nos permitiu aprofundar o impacto da formação de biofilme na segurança e desempenho de dispositivos médicos, enquanto exploramos estratégias potenciais para enfrentar esse desafio.

Além da pesquisa em si, o congresso foi um espaço inspirador para trocar ideias, aprender com outros projetos e conectar-se com pessoas apaixonadas pela ciência. Estou muito grato ao Tecnológico de Monterrey e à Evonik por fomentar essas oportunidades que nos ajudam a crescer como futuros cientistas.

Hoje celebro 22 anos de uma jornada incrível na Evonik. Ao longo desses anos, tive a oportunidade de crescer profissionalmente, enfrentar desafios relevantes e contribuir com projetos que fizeram a diferença. Mais do que resultados, levo comigo aprendizados valiosos, relações construídas e a evolução constante que essa trajetória me proporcionou.
