Além dos temas tradicionais, hoje focamos em dois assuntos de extrema importância para a saúde pública e ocupacional: o cuidado com animais peçonhentos e o combate à Dengue.

União que faz a diferença. Tivemos a honra de receber integrantes do Centro de Controle de Zoonoses da nossa cidade. Essa parceria entre os setores público e privado é fundamental para fortalecer a prevenção de acidentes e doenças, trazendo benefícios diretos para nossos colaboradores e para toda a sociedade.

Eu não precisei de um cargo para começar a liderar. Tive a oportunidade de participar de um processo de apadrinhamento de estagiários na Evonik, e fui escolhida para acompanhar e apoiar o desenvolvimento da Camille Mendes ao longo da sua jornada. E tem sido um processo que eu estou entendendo, na prática, que liderança vai muito além de um título. Liderar é adaptar a comunicação ao perfil de cada pessoa. É escutar com atenção, entender o momento do outro e oferecer apoio quando mais importa. É dar direcionamento, trazer clareza e, principalmente, construir confiança. Ainda mais no início da carreira, ter esse tipo de acompanhamento faz toda a diferença. Com essa experiência, tenho aprendido tanto quanto tenho ensinado. Venho me adaptando, ajustando rotas e desenvolvendo um olhar mais sensível e estratégico sobre pessoas. Esse processo tem me mostrado, na prática, que liderança não está no papel, está no dia a dia e na forma como escolhemos impactar o outro.

Hoje celebro 22 anos de uma jornada incrível na Evonik. Ao longo desses anos, tive a oportunidade de crescer profissionalmente, enfrentar desafios relevantes e contribuir com projetos que fizeram a diferença. Mais do que resultados, levo comigo aprendizados valiosos, relações construídas e a evolução constante que essa trajetória me proporcionou.
