Responsibilities
- Develop and execute potential customer relationship management plans to identify and establish relationships with relevant decision-makers and influencers within customer organisations, facilitating effective two-way communication and problem-solving.
- Communicate local action plans; explain their relation to functional department strategies and action plans as well as the broader organisational mission and vision; motivate people to achieve local business objectives.
- Build personal networks within the sales field and represent the organisation at trade exhibitions and other events to identify sales opportunities, promote the organisation, and enhance its reputation.
- Engage in internal collaboration and act as a customer advocate within cross-functional teams, establishing strong external customer relationships.
- Input customer information collected through research or direct customer contact into the customer relationship management system to ensure the organisation has high-quality data for effective customer retention and business development activities, or ensure team members maintain up-to-date customer relationship management data, identifying and resolving issues.
Requirements
- University degree (level 1).
- Ability to work independently as an experienced practitioner without supervision.
- General supervisory experience of junior colleagues.
- Comprehensive application of knowledge and skills, with the ability to express ideas, requests for action, and formulate plans and policies clearly and effectively; able to guide and train others in this area.
- Plan, organise, prioritise, and monitor activities effectively to meet business objectives without supervision; provide technical guidance to others when necessary.
- Utilise understanding of the business environment and objectives to develop solutions independently while providing technical assistance when needed.
- Review and create relevant, clear, and effective reports without supervision; provide technical guidance to others when necessary.
- Develop, monitor, clarify, and understand policies and processes independently, ensuring alignment with organisational strategies and objectives; provide technical guidance to others when necessary.
- Independently apply knowledge/skill concepts without supervision and provide technical guidance when needed.
