- 5+ years’ experience in agency or search recruitment
- Background recruiting into engineering, software, or technology roles
- Experience working with startups or small businesses
- Comfortable running end-to-end recruitment processes
- Confident working directly with founders and senior stakeholders
- Commercially minded and delivery-focused
The role:
- Own recruitment delivery within your market vertical
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
