Salary: £70,000 – £85,000 + equity
Travel: Regular UK/Europe (must be within 30 mins of an international airport); West Midlands, Birmingham, Leicestershire, Worcestshire, Nortamptonshire areas

Their computer vision AI platform transforms production plants – improving safety, quality, yields, efficiency, and providing end-to-end traceability from farm to fork.
The Role
My client is seeking a hands-on Senior Technical Project Manager to deliver hardware and software implementations across the UK & Europe. This customer-facing role requires both technical expertise and outstanding stakeholder management.
Reporting to the Global Head of Infrastructure and working closely with the Head of Commercial UK/Europe, you’ll lead infrastructure rollouts (servers, networks, camera systems), coordinate third-party installers, and ensure successful adoption within customer operations.
Key Requirements
- Experienced Technical Project Manager with IT infrastructure deployment background.
- Strong track record in industrial environments (servers, networks, camera systems).
- Confident communicator with executive presence, able to engage both plant-floor staff and senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional organisational skills and delivery focus.
- Open to regular UK/Europe travel.
- Experience in food supply chain helpful, but not essential.
