We’re partnering with a high-growth technology company revolutionising how food is produced using AI, computer vision, and real-time data to improve performance across the factory floor.

They’re now hiring a senior, hands-on sales professional to drive growth across the UK & Europe. You’ll be selling a platform that directly impacts yield improvement, waste reduction, operational efficiency, and end-to-end traceability across food production environments.

This role offers the chance to build and lead the UK and European market, with significant scope for growth, supported by an active pipeline of opportunities and an established base of global food manufacturing customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and close enterprise deals across the UK & Europe
  • Drive opportunities end to end
  • Engage with plant managers, operations leaders, and C-suite stakeholders
  • Sell into food and beverage manufacturers
  • Work closely with delivery and technical teams to support successful deployments
  • Help shape and build the regional sales function, with scope to hire as the business grows
  • Remain hands-on in deals while contributing to wider commercial strategy
Key Requirements:
  • Experience selling into manufacturing or food production environments
  • Ability to confidently engage both technical and operational stakeholders
  • Comfortable selling technical, AI-driven SaaS solutions
  • Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals
  • Experience managing longer sales cycles
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to build and own a region
  • Background in Manufacturing SaaS, MES, traceability, or supply chain technology
