The Role:
As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be a strategic leader and top biller. You’ll own your niche, develop a personal brand, and build deep client relationships while mentoring junior recruiters and contributing to EVONA’s continued growth. You’ll thrive in a high-performance environment where success is celebrated, and ambition is fuelled.
What You’ll Do:
- Take ownership of a specialist desk within the aerospace, defense & deep tech industries
- Proactively win new business and manage existing client relationships within the U.S.
- Source and place exceptional candidates across high-growth startups to major players
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment services from client acquisition to candidate onboarding
- Provide mentorship and support to less experienced consultants
- Collaborate with leadership on business strategy and market development
- Represent EVONA at industry events, meetups, and client visits (travel as needed)
What We’re Looking For:
- 360 recruitment experience with a proven billing track record at Principal Level
- Strong business development skills and client management ability
- Deep sector knowledge or curiosity in space, aerospace, or emerging tech
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-driven, and goal-oriented
- Passion for delivering exceptional candidate and client experiences
- Ability to work autonomously and as a team player
