What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years’ experience in agency or search recruitment
- Background recruiting into engineering, software, or technology roles
- Experience working with startups or small businesses
- Comfortable running end-to-end recruitment processes
- Confident working directly with founders and senior stakeholders
- Commercially minded and delivery-focused
The role:
- Own recruitment delivery within your market vertical
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Manage roles from brief through to offer and start
- Develop and maintain a strong network of relevant candidates
- Contribute to standards, ways of working, and team performance
- Develop your personal brand to be the go-to person within your vertical.
