People & Operations Coordinator
(A fast moving, flexible support role across People, Operations, and Leadership)
About the Role
We’re looking for a highly adaptable and proactive People & Operations Coordinator to support our growing business. This is a reactive role, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast paced startup environment where priorities can shift quickly.
You’ll be the go to person across the business, flexing between HR admin, office operations, leadership support, and cultural initiatives. No two days will look the same, so we need someone with a positive, can do attitude, who enjoys problem solving and jumping into new challenges.
If you’ve had experience in a startup, scale up, or recruitment/tech environment, you’ll understand how exciting (and sometimes unpredictable) it can be, and you’ll be ready to roll your sleeves up and make things happen.
Key Responsibilities
People & HR Administration
- Coordinate new starter onboarding: systems setup, laptop ordering, merch, internal meetings, and onboarding plans with managers
- Manage leaver process, including system closures and equipment collection
- Maintain HR system and employee admin records
- Draft and manage employee documents
- Support culture initiatives and organising social events
Executive & Leadership Support
- Calendar management and meeting scheduling for the Board and SLT
- Plan and book travel, including detailed itineraries
- Manage company inboxes and follow up on outreach campaigns
- Work with Marketing to collate information for internal presentations
- Provide general day to day support for the SLT, reacting quickly to emerging priorities
Operations & Office Management
- Act as the main office contact for meeting room bookings, maintenance issues, and supplier coordination
- Oversee tech stack and maintain stock of equipment
- Order, manage, and track company merchandise
- Provide support with client contracts and documentation
- Step in to support different areas of the business when needed, always ready to pivot and solve problems
