The role involves owning a market vertical end-to-end — building client relationships, running searches, and becoming the go-to recruiter in your space. This isn't a heavily managed environment. You'll be trusted to deliver.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own recruitment delivery within your market vertical
  • Build long-term relationships with founders and senior stakeholders
  • Manage roles from brief through to offer and start
  • Grow and maintain a strong candidate network
  • Contribute to how the team works and help set the standard
  • Build your personal brand as the expert in your vertical

You probably have:

  • 5+ years in agency or search recruitment
  • A background placing into engineering, software, or tech roles
  • Experience working in or with startups or small businesses
  • Confidence running full-cycle recruitment and working directly with senior stakeholders
