We’re looking for a hands-on, technical sales leader to own and grow the UK & Europe market for a cutting-edge AI platform transforming food production. This is for someone who leads from the front, closes deals, and builds a region from scratch.

Key Requirements:

  • Owning and closing enterprise deals across UK & Europe
  • Selling into Tier 1–3 food processors
  • Engaging with plant managers, ops leaders & C-suite
  • Driving opportunities from ideation - proposal - close
  • Building the foundation to scale a future sales team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience in technical / complex SaaS sales
  • Ability to understand and sell AI / data-driven platforms
  • Comfortable operating in factory / production environments
  • Strong track record of closing high-value deals
  • A true player–coach mindset (sell first, build later)

This role offers the chance to build and lead the UK and European market, with significant scope for growth, supported by an active pipeline of opportunities and an established base of global food manufacturing customers.
