The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Office Manager to keep our office, people and day-to-day operations running smoothly. This role can be reactive at times and suits someone who is comfortable responding quickly to changing priorities. You’ll be the go-to person for the office and a key support to leadership, helping create an environment where the team can do their best work.

Responsibilities

  • You’ll manage the day-to-day running of the office, working closely with building management, suppliers and service providers, and making sure the office is well stocked, organised and running as it should.
  • You’ll also support onboarding and offboarding, help coordinate team socials and incentive trips, and act as the first point of contact for office-related queries.
  • Alongside this, you’ll provide general administrative and operational support to the leadership team and wider business. This includes diary and meeting coordination, travel support, maintaining records and documentation, assisting with basic HR and contract administration, supporting systems setup for new starters, and helping maintain simple, effective office processes.

Our Values

Passion, Accountability, Consistency and Evolving.

What we’re looking for

You’ll have experience in an Office Manager or similar role, ideally in a startup, scale-up or recruitment environment. You’ll be organised, reliable, comfortable in a fast-paced and sometimes reactive role, and able to work autonomously.
