We’re looking for a Brand & Marketing Manager to take ownership of our brand and help us solidify our leading position in the talent and recruiting space for dual-use and Space companies.
It is imperative that you have experience working in a start-up environment.
This is a chance to be part of a fast-growing, purpose-driven business where marketing and brand are at the heart of our story. You’ll shape how we show up to the world, from brand campaigns and creative assets to social channels, events, and community-building. You’ll be both hands-on and strategic, working directly with leadership to ensure our brand cuts through in a competitive market.
What you’ll do
- Lead and deliver creative brand campaigns that drive awareness, attraction, and hiring at scale.
- Own our brand identity, ensuring consistency while keeping it bold, fresh, and future-focused.
- Develop and manage social media campaigns with a focus on growth, hiring, and community-building.
- Run nurture campaigns that engage and retain existing clients.
- Identify, brief, and deliver creative assets and designs, sometimes hands-on and sometimes with external support.
- Contribute to PR, events, and thought-leadership campaigns including podcasts and go-to-market launches.
- Drive community-building initiatives, creating spaces both online and offline that connect people to our mission.
- Lead on brand refresh projects, ensuring our visual and verbal identity evolves as we grow.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in recruitment, deep tech, space, or a relevant start-up or scale-up environment.
- A brand-led mindset, able to tell powerful stories while driving commercial results.
- Track record in brand refreshes or rebrands.
- Hands-on experience across social media, content, PR, and events.
- Familiarity with nurture campaigns, CRM workflows, and multi-channel GTM strategies.
- Exposure to podcasts, community-building, or other creative channels.
- Strong eye for design, able to identify needs and deliver or direct assets.
- Passionate about their work, with the energy to thrive in a fast-paced, purpose-driven business.
