We are looking for a highly creative and execution-focused Social Designer to join our team. This role is responsible for creating high-quality, social-first content across multiple platforms and markets, helping bring ideas to life through outstanding visual design, motion graphics, and scalable content systems.

You will work closely with Brand, Social Media Managers and Product to produce engaging content that performs, scales efficiently, and maintains the highest creative standards.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Social-First Design Execution
    • Create high-quality visual content across static assets, motion graphics, and short-form video design support, including titles, overlays, animations, and transitions.
    • Ensure all content is optimised for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and emerging social channels.
    • Deliver on-brand, platform-native creative that is ready for publication.
    • Maintain exceptional visual craft and attention to detail across all outputs, regardless of volume or turnaround times.
    • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining creative quality and consistency.
  • Creative Quality and Innovation
    • Champion high creative standards across all content, campaigns, and markets.
    • Stay up to date with platform trends, emerging content formats, and evolving social design best practices.
    • Bring new ideas, techniques, and innovations into the team's creative output.
  • Performance-Driven Design - Ads
    • Collaborate with Data and Social teams to understand which creative approaches drive engagement and performance.
    • Apply insights from performance data to continuously optimise layouts, formats, visual styles, and creative approaches.
  • Collaboration and Workflow
    • Build and maintain templates, modular assets, and design systems that enable efficient content production at scale.
    • Work closely with the Head of Social, CRM lead and Social Media Manager, and wider stakeholders.
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, aligned to strategy, and compliant with brand, legal, and regulatory requirements.
    • Communicate proactively on timelines, project status, dependencies, and delivery risks.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Core Design Expertise
    • Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional social-first design across static, motion, and video content.
    • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Canva.
    • Experience with tools such as CapCut, Figma, or equivalent platforms.
    • Deep understanding of platform-specific design best practices and audience engagement principles across major social channels.
  • Content Production and Delivery
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
    • Experience building and maintaining design systems, templates, asset libraries.
    • Strong understanding of scalable content operations and workflow optimisation.
  • AI and Emerging Technology
    • Some experience using GenAI tools to support ideation, asset generation, content variation, workflow automation, and production efficiency.
    • Ability to develop and share AI-assisted workflows that improve team productivity and creative output.
    • A good understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and the importance of human oversight and quality control.
  • Collaborative Working
    • Experience working in high-volume, always-on content environments, whether agency-side or in-house.
    • Experience working within cross-functional teams.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
