Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lean Consultant based in London. The Lean Consultant will be responsible for assessing business operations, identifying inefficiencies, and designing and implementing structured process improvements across client organisations. The role involves leading operational transformation initiatives, embedding Lean methodologies, and working closely with leadership teams to drive measurable improvements in performance, efficiency, and profitability. You will also coach internal teams, facilitate change adoption, and ensure sustainable implementation of continuous improvement practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth operational assessments across client organisations
- Identify inefficiencies and design scalable process improvements
- Implement Lean methodologies to drive operational excellence
- Lead and support transformation projects across multiple industries
- Coach and mentor teams to embed a culture of continuous improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to align on business objectives

Qualifications
- Proven experience in Lean consulting or operational transformation (essential)
- Strong expertise in Lean Management, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence frameworks
- Demonstrated experience working with businesses of varying sizes and complexity
- Background in management consulting or a similar advisory role
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a data-driven approach
- Strong coaching and stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Education:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred)
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) are advantageous
