About the Role

Your Impact

  • Lead and develop a R&D engineering team, including product architects and technical specialists
  • Define and implement technology roadmaps aligned with product and business strategy
  • Collaborate closely with product management, commercial, and business development teams to ensure market relevance
  • Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement, including cost optimisation initiatives and product enhancements
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and cybersecurity requirements
  • Support resource planning and prioritisation across multiple engineering projects

Your Profile

We are looking for a leader who combines technical depth with strategic thinking and people leadership:

  • Degree in Engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
  • Around 7–10 years of experience in engineering, R&D, or product development.
  • Proven experience in leading engineering teams (direct or matrix)
  • Strong understanding of product development processes and lifecycle management
  • Ability to work across cross-functional and international teams
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage complexity
  • A collaborative mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
