The Role

  • Supporting adults OR Children develop essential life skills, independence, and social inclusion
  • Implementing tailored strategies to encourage positive behaviours and wellbeing
  • Designing and delivering activities that promote choice and engagement
  • Collecting and analysing data to track progress and refine support plans
  • Receiving mentorship and supervision from experienced behaviour specialists
  • Completing specialist training in behaviour support, safeguarding, and other key areas

Training and Career Development

  • Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT) certification
  • Specialist Behaviour Analysis qualifications (BCBA, UKBA(cert), CABAS® accreditation)
  • NVQ Level 3 & 5 Diplomas in Adult Social Care
  • Industry-recognised training in safeguarding, first aid, and crisis management

This role provides a clear pathway to careers in behaviour analysis, social care leadership, and autism support, with dedicated mentoring and structured progression routes.
