The Role
- Supporting adults OR children develop essential life skills, independence, and social inclusion
- Implementing tailored strategies to encourage positive behaviours and wellbeing
- Designing and delivering activities that promote choice and engagement
- Collecting and analysing data to track progress and refine support plans
- Receiving mentorship and supervision from experienced behaviour specialists
- Completing specialist training in behaviour support, safeguarding, and other key areas
Training and Career Development
- Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT) certification
- Specialist Behaviour Analysis qualifications (BCBA, UKBA(cert), CABAS® accreditation)
- NVQ Level 3 & 5 Diplomas in Adult Social Care
- Industry-recognised training in safeguarding, first aid, and crisis management
