Evolve are delighted to be partnering with a leading online pharmacy that is seeking a Pharmacy Dispenser to join their team in Walsall. You’ll support daily operations while working in line with GPhC regulations and company Health & Safety policies. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment, contributing to a team that values precision, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

This is a full-time permanent position, working around 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, either 8:30am - 5:00pm or 9:00am–5:30pm, offering a consistent weekday schedule.

Ideal Requirements for the Pharmacy Dispenser

  • Bring your expertise to the team with a Level 2 in Pharmacy Services (or equivalent qualification) a solid foundation to grow your pharmacy career.
  • Make an impact from day one by drawing on your previous experience in a pharmacy setting, whether in distance selling or community pharmacy.
  • Showcase your attention to detail by handling prescriptions and medication orders with the highest level of accuracy and care.

Role Responsibilities for the Pharmacy Dispenser

  • Ensure safe and compliant prescription processing - Conduct thorough legal and quality checks on prescriptions and customer-submitted documents, following current GPhC and regulatory guidance.
  • Manage and optimise pharmacy stock - Take ownership of stock levels, rotation, and handling of WDA items, applying MHRA GDP standards to maintain high-quality service.
  • Collaborate across teams - Liaise with prescribers, colleagues, and other Acre sites to resolve queries and ensure smooth, efficient order processing.
  • Drive continuous improvement - Contribute to SOP reviews, corrective action plans, and process enhancements, helping to maintain the highest pharmacy standards.
