We are partnering with a leading organisation in the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare Eye Care market, to recruit an impactful Pharmaceutical/Healthcare Sustainability Lead who will shape and drive the company's environmental strategy. In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders, external partners and cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful change, influence culture and bring new ideas to life. This is a full-time permanent position, working remotely with limited travel to our client's office when required.

Ideal Requirements for the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare Sustainability Lead
- 3+ years' experience in sustainability management, environmental compliance, within healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Use cutting-edge tools and insights to measure and reduce environmental impact, including carbon footprint analysis and sustainability assessment software.
- Turn complex data into clear action, identifying trends and delivering smart, data-driven recommendations that influence key decisions.
- Lead, inspire, and influence, working across teams and with external partners to embed sustainable practices and create lasting behavioural change.
