We are looking for autonomous medical sales professionals to join a global pharmaceutical company, with a patient-centric approach and a focus on innovation. Our client is seeking an exceptional Primary Care Representative to join their Primary Care team across the Hereford and Worcester area.
In this pivotal role, you will be the go-to partner for healthcare professionals - including GPs, Nurses and Pharmacists - building strong, collaborative relationships that support improved patient outcomes. You will champion their Respiratory Portfolio, delivering strategic account management, tailored solutions, and meaningful engagement to drive long-term growth and maximise value across the primary care landscape.

Ideal requirements for the Account Specialist:
- Solid understanding of the NHS and customer priorities
- Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong selling, influencing and presentation skills
- Good clinical and market knowledge (respiratory preferred)
- Strong relationship builder with excellent interpersonal skills
- ABPI qualified or working towards
Role Responsibilities for the Account Specialist:
- Act as the main point of contact, ensuring seamless customer engagement
- Promote the Respiratory Portfolio in line with marketing strategy
- Build strong partnerships, positioning our client as the respiratory partner of choice
- Meet KPIs across sales, NPS, customer satisfaction and project delivery
