Evolve are partnering with a leading pharmaceutical company who are seeking a Quality & Compliance Associate to join their team. You’ll be ensuring that company operations adhere to pharmaceutical regulatory and quality standards. This role involves monitoring processes, conducting audits, and supporting the development and implementation of compliance policies to maintain best practices.
This is a full-time hybrid position based in Scotland.

Ideal Requirements for the Quality & Compliance Associate
- Ideally, you’ll have at least 3 years of experience in a quality/compliance role within the pharmaceutical industry.
- A strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems.
- Proactive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention skills.
Role Responsibilities for the Quality & Compliance Associate
- Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of Quality Management Systems to ensure traceability, accountability and audit readiness.
- Maintain a high standard of ethical conduct on the discharge of all duties and comply with all relevant requirements of the ABPI Code of Practice.
- Provide training to employees on quality and compliance policies and procedures.
- Undertake any reasonable tasks or regular duties as requested by your line manager that is within your skills and capability.
