Evolve are working with a leading pharmaceutical company who are seeking a Marketing and Events Manager. You will be responsible for working with the marketing team to set, communicate and manage the end-to-end events management process, in line with the ABPI Code of Practice and work towards the delivery of high-quality customer focused experiences which complement the strategic plan.
Ideal Requirement for the Marketing and Events Manager:
- Ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders and communicate effectively.
- Staying organised, managing your time effectively, and keeping an eye on the details will come naturally to you, even when juggling multiple tasks.
- Able to work in line with company SOPs and understanding ABPI.
Role Responsibilities for the Marketing and Events Manager:
- Effective management of event finances, including but not limited to budgets, tracking, transfer of value, including PO management with sales and marketing assistant.
- Ability to successfully manage marketing and events materials through relevant approval processes from concept to implementation.
- Ensure all events activities are on time, on budget and compliant with company standard operating procedures and ABPI always.
- Management and execution of medical education events for the therapy area in line with strategic plan.
