The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

Evolve are working with a specialist provider of outsourced pharmacy solutions who are seeking a Pharmacist Manager to join their team. You’ll work closely with the line manager and the close-knit team to provide efficient, high quality, professional and well-coordinated dispensing service based in Chester.

You’ll work 40 hours per week, working 8:30am-18:00pm Monday to Friday and one in every 4 Saturdays 8:30-12:30 as the business requires.

Ideal Requirements for the Pharmacist Manager

  • A qualified Pharmacist, registered with the GPhC.
  • Previous management experience in a busy pharmacy environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills, being able to build relationships with the clinical and operational leaders of our customers’ CQC registered premises.
  • Commercial awareness including experience of delivering NHS services and effective stock management.

Role Responsibilities for the Pharmacist Manager

  • Work closely with the line manager, the Head of Operations to deliver an efficient, and professional service.
  • Lead a large team of qualified pharmacy staff in a busy operational environment.
  • Maintain and develop high standards around good practice, patient safety, and risk management.
