Evolve are delighted to be partnering with a leading online pharmacy that is seeking a Non-Patient Facing Pharmacist Manager to join their team in Walsall. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a modern, digitally driven pharmacy, combining robust clinical governance with progressive, forward-thinking leadership. You’ll play a key role in shaping services within a dynamic, design-led environment that values innovation, quality, and exceptional patient care. This role works with around 25,000 items per month. This is a full-time, permanent role, working 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm, offering a consistent weekday schedule.

Role Responsibilities for the Non-Patient Facing Pharmacist Manager

  • Leading day-to-day pharmacy operations, acting as the Responsible Pharmacist and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Providing clear clinical and professional leadership to a high-performing pharmacy team
  • Embedding robust SOPs, governance, and safe working practices to maintain consistently high standards
  • Driving continuous service improvement, enhancing efficiency, quality, and innovation across the pharmacy
  • Supporting sustainable growth through the development and implementation of new ideas, processes, and ways of working
