Evolve are partnering with a leading organisation within the ophthalmology and medical technology sector to recruit an experienced and commercially driven General Manager. This is a rare opportunity to lead a well-established business, driving profitable growth, shaping commercial strategy, and inspiring high-performing sales, marketing, and customer service teams. Working closely with key customers, key opinion leaders, and international supplier partners, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding market share, launching innovative products, and delivering long-term business success within the ophthalmology market.
This is a full-time, permanent position working on a hybrid basis from our client's head office in Hertfordshire.
