Evolve has partnered with an innovative pharmaceutical organisation to recruit a Business Support Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to join a purpose-driven business where you'll support the Marketing, Sales and Compliance teams in a varied, fast-paced role. This is a full-time, permanent hybrid opportunity, with three days per week based at our client's head office in Cambridge and the remaining days working from home.

Ideal Requirements for the Pharmaceutical Business Support Administrator

  • Take ownership of high-profile marketing and customer events – Coordinate conferences, exhibitions, advisory boards and customer meetings from planning through to delivery, ensuring every event runs smoothly and professionally.
  • Be at the heart of the Marketing and Sales teams – Provide essential support across both business units, working closely with colleagues to deliver key projects, campaigns and business initiatives.
  • Drive digital and brand operations – Support digital marketing activities, manage promotional materials, and oversee the approval of marketing content using industry-leading platforms such as Promomats and Veeva Vault.
  • Lead project coordination and business administration – Prepare presentations, reports and business documents, coordinate team meetings and special projects, and help keep priorities on track across the department.
  • Manage supplier relationships and budgets – Raise purchase orders, monitor marketing spend, coordinate supplier contracts and agreements, and help ensure all activities remain compliant with company processes.
