Evolve are partnering with a brand-new client who are seeking a Pharmacist to join their team in one of their stores in Bognor Regis. You’ll be responsible for carrying out a range of pharmacy services from weight management to flu vaccinations as well as accurately dispensing prescription medications. This is a full-time opportunity working Monday to Friday and 1 in every 2 Saturdays – this store manages 8000 items per month.

Ideal Requirements for the Pharmacist Manager
- Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), demonstrating full compliance with professional and regulatory standards.
- Extensive experience in dynamic community pharmacy environments, delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care and exceptional patient support.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and wider healthcare teams.
- Comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical products, clinical practices, and evolving healthcare trends, ensuring the delivery of safe and effective treatment.
- Deep commitment to patient care, safety, and wellbeing, consistently striving to enhance health outcomes and promote best clinical practice.
Role Responsibilities for the Pharmacist Manager
- Accurately and efficiently dispense prescription medications, upholding the highest standards of legal, ethical, and professional compliance.
- Conduct thorough medication reviews to ensure safe, effective, and personalised treatment plans for every patient.
- Maintain meticulous patient records and proactively manage pharmacy inventory to ensure seamless service and availability.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including Doctors and Nurses, to optimise patient outcomes and promote holistic care.
- Provide expert guidance on over-the-counter medicines and healthcare products, empowering patients to make informed health decisions.
