The project is the diversion of utilities for the HS2 project. The main responsibilities of the Site Manager role include the below:
- Manage the project team and supply chain to deliver projects to time, cost and quality targets and standards
- Ensure the Company procedures and policies i.e. the Business Management System are followed in delivery
- Ensure that the works are constructed in accordance with the contract drawings, specification and Project Management Plan
- Carry out daily briefings and toolbox talks.
- Maintain site diary to capture relevant information.
- Report any Non conformances or delays to project manager.
- Challenge and stop any unsafe acts or conditions and report accordingly.
