Location: Sellafield

Contract: 6-month renewable Inside IR35.

The QA/QC Administration Assistant reports to the Construction Quality Manager and supports the Project Quality Manager. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining site inspection resource coordination tracker, including calendar invite and confirmation of QC availability.
  • Support Document Controllers with Life Time Records scanning, printing and filing of documentation.
  • Aid and close out of snags, liaising with Engineering, QA, SL and Suppliers when required.
  • Weekly statistic reporting, KPIs etc.
  • Maintaining ITP tracker.
  • Assisting in preparation of LTR dossiers ready for review.
  • Compile evidence and progress for input into LFE.
  • Promotion and implementation of the Project Quality Management System and Joint venture processes.
  • Delivering project Nuclear Safety Inductions.

Key experience:

  • Experience of working within a team culture and JV environment.
  • Experience of working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Experience of working with Microsoft Office needed, experience of SharePoint desirable.
  • Experience of working within the Nuclear sector, experience with Sellafield Ltd an advantage.
  • Familiarity and operating experience with MS Word and Excel are essential to this role.
  • Experience in Microsoft applications and SharePoint would be beneficial.

Qualifications:

  • IOSH Working/Managing Safely or equivalent.
