Technical Contract Manager – Flagship FM Site – Slough
A leading FM provider is seeking a Technical Contract Manager to oversee the delivery of hard services at a large, high-specification commercial site in Slough . This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, electrically-biased FM leader to manage an established engineering team on a contract with high compliance and service expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day M&E operations and hard services delivery across the site
- Lead and mentor a team consisting og engineers, a team lead, contract support staff
- Ensure full compliance with H&S, permits, RAMS, and statutory obligations
- Develop and manage budgets, performance targets, and service delivery standards
- Oversee planned and reactive maintenance, contractor supervision, and technical audits
- Act as the key point of contact for the client, building strong working relationships
- Drive operational improvements and ensure best practices are implemented
Requirements:
- Strong electrical background with a recognised qualification
- Proven experience managing FM contracts in a commercial or critical environment
- Excellent knowledge of building systems, H&S legislation, and compliance standards
- Confident in managing teams, client relationships, and service delivery
- Highly organised, with strong leadership and communication skills
