Mechanical Technical Services Lead for a major commercial development in King’s Cross. This Mechanical-biased Lead role is a hands-on management position overseeing a small mechanical engineering team.
The Role – Technical Lead:
- Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm
- Leading 4 Mechanical Engineers
- Overseeing mechanical maintenance and plant performance
- Supporting budgets, PPM strategies and continuous improvement
- Managing contractors and coordinating specialist works
- Acting as the mechanical point of escalation on site
Requirements – Technical Lead:
- Mechanical background with leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience managing engineers in a commercial environment
