This makes the role ideal for a well-rounded air conditioning engineer looking to broaden their skills.\\n\\nThe Role\\n\\n * \\n\\n Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on a wide range of HVAC and air conditioning systems across commercial sites\\n\\n * \\n\\n Attending reactive call-outs and completing fault-finding, repairs and component replacements on air conditioning and associated HVAC plant\\n\\n * \\n\\n Working on systems including splits, VRV/VRF, AHUs and related equipment, ensuring all assets operate efficiently and safely\\n\\n * \\n\\n Providing engineering support across prestigious facilities management contracts within commercial and critical environments\\n\\n * \\n\\n Maintaining high standards of compliance, documentation and reporting in line with FM and client requirements\\n\\n * \\n\\n Operating professionally within live, customer-facing environments where minimising downtime and maintaining service continuity is essential\\n\\n * \\n\\n Participation in a call-out rota (currently 1 in 6β8, after probation)\\n\\n * \\n\\n Location\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ideally based along the M4 corridor or close to the M25\\n\\n * \\n\\n Open to air conditioning engineers based in London, the Home Counties, or along the M4 / M3 corridors\\n\\nWhat Weβre Looking For\\n\\n * \\n\\n An air conditioning engineer with strong FM / building services experience\\n\\n * \\n\\n Solid background in HVAC service and maintenance\\n\\n * \\n\\n Some chiller experience is advantageous but not a necessity\\n\\n * \\n\\n Willingness to undergo a DBS check due to site access requirements\\n\\nIf youβre an air conditioning engineer looking for a role that values experience, offers exposure to flagship FM sites, and provides a supportive, well-structured environment, then apply now
