We are recruiting a Mobile Plumber for a leading FM provider to cover various retail banking sites and other commercial properties around South London.
Key Responsibilities for a Mobile Plumber:
- Provide plumbing and building maintenance services across multiple client sites, including fault finding, repairs, maintenance, and installations.
- Perform general building services maintenance, including fabric, HVAC, mechanical, and related tasks.
- Respond to callouts as required on the rota.
- Ensure timely and professional completion of all tasks, exceeding client expectations.
Essential Qualifications/Skills for a Mobile Plumber:
- Proven experience in plumbing and building maintenance, ideally in commercial environments.
