Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer\\n\\nLocation: Sheffield\\nSalary: Competitive + Overtime + On Call\\n\\nWe are looking for a Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer to join a leading FM provider, servicing commercial boilers and performing general fabric maintenance across the Sheffield area with regional travel.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities for a Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer:\\n\\n * Complete maintenance duties within set timeframes, including PPM and reactive works.\\n\\n * Focus on commercial combustion, heating, and HVAC systems.\\n\\n * Perform general building services maintenance, including fabric and mechanical tasks.\\n\\n * Provide callout response as required on the rota.\\n\\n * Maintain cleanliness of plant rooms, workshops, and storage areas.\\n\\n * Undertake new installations and repairs on heating systems.\\n\\n * Diagnose and repair faults on systems and plant, including basic electrical fault-finding.\\n\\nEssential Qualifications/Skills:\\n\\n * Commercial Gas Qualifications: COCN1, TPCP1A, ICPN1, CORT1, CIGA1 (required).\\n\\n * Previous experience in reactive maintenance contracts.\\n\\n * Installation skills and experience.\\n\\n * UK driving licence.\\n\\nThis is a great opportunity for a qualified Commercial Gas Engineer to join a reputable FM provider, offering stability and the chance to work across varied sites.
