We are hiring for a Mechanical Supervisor to join the engineering team supporting a portfolio of high-end commercial properties in Central London. The Mechanical Supervisor will play a key role in overseeing the delivery of mechanical building services maintenance while acting as a key point of contact for the client on site and ensuring service delivery meets agreed KPIs. Responsibilities:
- Supervising engineers delivering mechanical building services maintenance
- Ensuring planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works are completed to a high standard
- Acting as a key point of contact for the client and maintaining strong working relationships
- Monitoring service delivery to ensure KPIs and contractual requirements are achieved
- Coordinating subcontractors and specialist contractors on site
- Supporting compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations
Requirements:
- Strong mechanical building services maintenance background
- Experience working as a Mechanical Supervisor or Mechanical Lead Engineer
- Experience managing engineers or subcontractors
- Mechanical/Plumbing/HVAC qualifications (City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent)
