Mechanical Maintenance Engineer in London

£45,000 + bonus | Split Shift (7-4 / 8-5) | Free meals on site

We\’re looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join a leading facilities management company on a high-profile corporate contract in Central London. The building is a modern blue‐chip site with a strong engineering team and excellent working conditions.

Responsibilities

Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a corporate office environment

Working on FCUs, AHUs, pumps, motors, valves, and general mechanical systems

Supporting HVAC and plumbing maintenance as required

Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards

Qualifications

A background in mechanical, HVAC, or plumbing maintenance

Experience working within commercial or blue‐chip environmentsGood understanding of building services systems and fault‐finding

Relevant mechanical qualifications and a proactive attitude
