My client is a leading Facilities Maintenance provider and has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Building Services Multi Skilled Engineer (electrical biased) to work on a static site in central London. The electrical engineer will be completing PPM's and reactive maintenance on commercial facilities to electrical and HVAC plant.
What’s on offer for the electrical engineer:
- Permanent full time position, Mon-Fri standard 40 hours
- £46,000 - £49,500 + OT
The multi skilled electrical engineer will be required to:
- Complete PPM and reactive maintenance to HVAC systems such as splits, FCU's and AHU’s
- Provide general building services upkeep services
- Liaise with end user on site
- Generation and completion of tasks and H&S paperwork
- Ensure compliance on each plant/system
- Provide small works, repair and remedial engineering services
- Electrician duties – generalist
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate will be Multi Skilled and a Fully Qualified Electrical Engineer
- The electrical engineer must be electrically biased (with NVQ/C&G plus 18th edition)
- Must have experience of building services
- Previous experience in building services and high level commercial contracts, PPM & reactive maintenance, repair and refurb
- Attitude is important, MUST be self starters, articulate, well presented with a drive and passion to succeed
- Must be willing to assist end client in other requirements if needed
- Must be willing to complete risk assessments and be fully versed with contract paperwork, ie. Job sheets and technical reporting
