Our client, a leading Facilities Management provider, is seeking an experienced Engineering Lead to oversee engineering operations across site. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Lead Engineer or an Engineering Supervisor to take ownership of planned and reactive maintenance, lead engineering teams, and ensure full statutory compliance across a varied portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support engineering team and subcontractors
- Manage planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
- Ensure full statutory compliance and adherence to Safe Systems of Work
- Monitor KPIs, service levels and engineering performance
- Manage CAFM systems (Maximo desirable) for work order control
- Plan and schedule maintenance to maximise efficiency and minimise disruption
- Oversee contractor management, permits to work and quotations
- Maintain SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, asset registers
